Spay / Neuter

ARRF has a second purpose.  We offer financial assistance to aid pet owners who may have taken in a stray animal and require help to have them spayed or neutered.

We issue several spay-neuter coupons a month, funds permitting.  The certificate value is $35.  Coupons limited to two per family.  Send us your Name, Address, Phone Number, Pet's Name, Age, Breed and Veterinarian.  We will send you a coupon as donations come in.
