Our Mission
ARRF Animal Rescue & Relief Foundation of SW Illinois provides first aid and
treatment for
Sick and Injured stray animals in cooperation with the Animal Control,
Police Department or Humane Officers and Good Samaritans in towns and cities
where no Humane Society or program

Whenever possible the animal or animals are rehabilitated and adopted to a safe
secure home.  If the animal is hopelessly injure, he or she is gently eased from this
world into God's hands by a veterinarian or trained Humane Officer.

ARRF will provide financial assistance to families or individuals whenever possible,
for the purpose of neutering their pets.

We do not go out and rescue animals but have contracted with Police Departments
and Animal Control Officer to transport the animals.  Good Samaritans also transport
injured animals to area veterinarians and sign a consent form giving ARRF custody
of the animals.

Spay-Neuter Certificates:
ARRF has a second purpose.  We offer financial assistance to aid pet owners who
may have taken in a stray animal and require help to have them spayed or neutered.

We issue several spay-neuter coupons a month, funds permitting.  The certificate
value is $35.  Coupons limited to two per family.  Send us your Name, Address,
Phone Number, Pet's Name, Age, Breed and Veterinarian.  We will send you a
coupon as donations come in.
