SNICKERS MEMORIAL

ARRF'S FIRST RESCUE ! SNICKERS, ARRF's first rescue case was rescued from a muddy creek in Caseyville IL on March 16, 1995.  In January of 1996 she was diagnosed with cancer and on February 14, 1996, she was allowed to rest and gently eased into God's hands. This brave little Cocker Spaniel who loved her canine and feline buddies was given the "best year of her life", right up to the very end.  Those who had the pleasure of meeting Snickers were often touched by her sweet personality. Though we will all miss her, we are happy in the knowledge that she was given a "second chance", no matter how short, her remaining time was because ARRF was there to give first aid to injured animals. The ARRF Board of Directors has decided to start the "SNICKERS MEMORIAL FUND".  Any pet owner who gives a minimum of $10 in memory of their beloved pet will have their information placed on the "SNICKERS MEMORIAL Web page".  Your donation will further ARRF's cause and help us continue our mission.
